- Large Build Volume: Our machines feature large build chambers (up to 600mm axis), allowing for the production of large single-piece automotive panels or high-density batches of smaller clips.
- High-Density Nesting: We utilize advanced software to pack parts efficiently in the 3D build volume, significantly reducing machine time and unit cost for batch orders.
- Surface Finishing: Raw SLS parts have a "sugar cube" texture. We offer Vapor Smoothing to seal the surface and make it water-tight, as well as Dyeing (Black/Color) and Media Tumbling for a smooth consumer finish.
- Precision: We achieve standard tolerances of ±0.3mm, suitable for most functional plastic assemblies.
